Travel conditions

The contract is concluded between two parties:

On the one hand the PASSENGER (the passenger him/herself or the travel agent): the natural or legal entity that orders and uses the service.

On the other hand, the SERVICE PROVIDER: Airportways Worldwide LTD. /Seated at Bloomsbury place 4, WC1A 2QA London, UK/.

1, Payment is required at the time of the booking. CHARLEROITRANSFER.COM has a secured payment system. When booking a transfer through CHARLEROITRANSFER.COM Customer Assistance Center (available 7/24) Passenger can pay by credit card (VISACARD and MASTERCARD). Passenger is obliged to provide valid card details and personal data for the operator.

2, CHARLEROITRANSFER.COM is a door to door shared transfer service. Passengers are transported to their address from Charleroi Airport and from their address to Charleroi Airport. All CHARLEROITRANSFER.COM vehicles have a schedule and as such will not be able to wait for late arrivals. It is the responsibility of the passenger to be at the pick up point on time. If Passenger misses the transfer, a seat will be offered on the next available transfer to/from the same location on condition that a next transfer to/from the same location exists and the availability thereof allows. In case of a late arrival any form of a refund will not be available.

3, Pick up time in Brussels is approximately 3 hours before the departure of Passenger's flight. It is the responsibility of Passenger to provide the correct flight number and flight departure time. The exact pick up time will be sent by SMS on the day before the travel. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MINIBUS CANNOT WAIT LONGER THAN 10 MINUTES. It is the responsibility of the Passenger to provide a valid mobile contact number for CHARLEROITRANSFER.COM

4, If a scheduled shared transfer pick-up time has been missed for whatever reason Passenger will be offered seats on the next available transfer to/from the same location on condition that a next transfer to/from the above mentioned location exists and the availability thereof allows. If there is no next transfer and/or there is no empty seat in the vehicle, Passenger will have missed the transfer and no refund will be available.

5, Transfer pick up time from Passenger's address to Charleroi Airport may be subject to change. It is the responsibility of Passenger to ensure that CHARLEROITRANSFER.COM has been provided with a valid mobile contact number. If a significant change to the pick-up time is necessary, CHARLEROITRANSFER.COM will contact Passenger by SMS or phone. Failure to provide a valid mobile contact number may cause Passenger to miss the transfer. Under this circumstance no refund will be available.

6, It is the responsibility of Passenger to provide a full and valid mobile phone number, including the international dialing code. If Passenger does not have a valid mobile number, a home/office/hotel contact number has to be provided during the booking. If it is not possible to provide either of the above, it is the Passenger's responsibility to contact the driver on the emergency number shown on the voucher. It is the responsibility of Passenger to check for messages left on his/her mobile phone or at any contact number provided for CHARLEROITRANSFER.COM. Failure to contact the emergency number or to provide a contactable phone number may cause Passenger to miss the transfer. Under this circumstance no refund will be available.

7, If a booking is made by telephone the booking is subject to and Passenger accepts CHARLEROITRANSFER.COM's Terms and Conditions.

8, If two or more people are included on the same booking, the person purchasing the booking shall be deemed to be acting as an agent for both or all members of the party and accepts these booking conditions on behalf of each member of the party.

9, Passenger will be taken to and collected from the drop-off and pick-up addresses stated on the voucher. It is the responsibility of the passenger to provide a full and valid address for the transfer pick-up and/or drop-off point.

10, Any changes in the booking can be done in MY BOOKINGS. This is the responsibility of Passenger to set the changes or if it is not possible, to inform CHARLEROITRANSFER.COM at least 3 days before the day of the transfer.

11, The printed confirmation voucher is the ticket and the invoice. The voucher is printable right after the purchase at CHARLEROITRANSFER.COM and it is also sent to the e-mail address given by Passenger. The voucher must be presented to the driver. In case a voucher is not available, Passenger shall show up an ID or Passport in that the name matches with the name in the booking.

12, The paid amounts of money cannot be refunded. However, it is possible to use them on another date; in this case it is necessary to make arrangements in advance through the My bookings page of this website.

13, CHARLEROITRANSFER.COM maintains the right to cancel bookings at any time if it feels it will be unable to supply the service requested in a correct manner.

14, In accordance with section 4, if a shared transfer has been booked and Passenger's flight is delayed or cancelled, Passenger will be offered seats on the next available transfer to/from the same location on condition that a next transfer to/from the above mentioned location exists and the availability thereof allows. If there is no next transfer or there is no empty seat in the vehicle, Passenger will have missed the transfer. In this circumstance no refund will be available.

15, If Passenger's flight is diverted from Brussels South Charleroi Airport to an other airport, CHARLEROITRANSFER.COM at its absolute discretion may offer a transfer for Passenger to/from the other airport for a different price. The prepaid amount will be deducted from the price of the transfer to/from the other airport. In case of diverted flights no refund will be available.

16, If Passenger has missed the scheduled pick-up time for any reason, no refund will be available.

17, If a private transfer has been booked and Passenger's flight is delayed, the driver will wait for up to 30 minutes from the scheduled arrival time, after which point Passenger will have missed the transfer. However, if the driver of a private transfer is able to wait for longer than 30 minutes and he has been requested to do so before the scheduled pick-up time, he will do so, at a charge of 5 euro for each additional 10 minutes, payable to the driver prior to the vehicle's departure.

18, All complaints and requests for refund must be sent via e-mail directly to CHARLEROITRANSFER.COM headoffice within 3 days of the date of travel. CHARLEROITRANSFER.COM reserves the right to answer for complaints within 28 days. Please note that if the transfer is not performed by the Transporter, the amount of refund cannot be more than 75% of the prepaid amount plus and additional 8 euro administration and bank transaction fee.

19, Passenger is allowed to place two items of luggage in the vehicle. Any excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking. In the event of a client having excess luggage, CHARLEROITRANSFER.COM reserves the right to charge an excess baggage allowance or refuse to transport the items.

20, CHARLEROITRANSFER.COM reserves the right (and delegates it to its drivers) to refuse to carry any Passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passengers.

21, Passenger is not permitted to take alcoholic drinks onto CHARLEROITRANSFER.COM vehicles for the purpose of consuming them therein.

22, Smoking is not permitted in CHARLEROITRANSFER.COM vehicles.

23, CHARLEROITRANSFER.COM vehicles are fully insured for Passenger and third party claims, as required under local law. However, whilst every care is always taken, customers property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage. Passenger is therefore advised to check his/her own travel insurance.

24, CHARLEROITRANSFER.COM will endeavour to carry Passenger with the minimum discomfort and inconvenience to his/her destination at the time shown on the voucher. However, CHARLEROITRANSFER.COM will not incur any liability whatsoever, if circumstances beyond its control prevent the achievement of this responsibility. The following are examples of circumstances which are not within our control (this list is not exhaustive):
* accidents causing delays to the vehicle
* restricted vehicular access
* exceptional or severe weather conditions
* compliance with requests of the police
* deaths and accidents on the road
* vandalism and terrorism
* unforeseen traffic delays
* industrial action by third parties or strike
* diverted flights to other airports
* problems caused by other customers
* the vehicle being held or delayed by a police officer or government official
* other circumstances affecting passenger safety

25, Nothing can affect the Passengers statutory rights.

26, The Law of the United Kingdom will govern these conditions in all respects.
