1. Your system doesn't let me to book for tomorrow/today!

No problem, you can still make a LAST MINUTE BOOKING! Our reservation and ticketing system allows you to book your ticket for the following day until 3PM (15:00 local time). If you cannot book, it means that you try to book for the following day AFTER 3PM (15:00 local time).

2. When do you send me the sms about my pick up time?

We send you the sms after 5PM (17:00 local time) the day before your travel. Since we are not responsible for invalid or false mobile phone numbers indicated in your reservation, please always make sure that you give us a mobile phone number (incuding country code!) that works. If you don't have a mobile phone, please indicate the phone number of your hotel or the mobile phone of your friend, colleague or family member, who can inform you about the pick up time. Please always note this via e-mail as well, so that we will know about it. If you don't receive the pick up time until 7PM (19:00 local time), please call the emergency number to your driver, given in the e-ticket.

IMPORTANT: since our low cost door to door shuttle service between Brussels and Charleroi Airport operates on a schedule, please always respect the pick up time sent to you in sms. Our transfer co-ordinators regularly check road conditions and always send you a pick up time that will ensure you to arrive at Charleroi Airport perfectly on time.


3, Do you send me an sms about the pick up time from Charleroi Airport?

No. After your flight has arrived at Charleroi Airport, please go to the Airport Information Desk (also called the Friendly Desk) and wait for your driver. We do our best to give you an immediate connection from your flight, however road conditions and other circumstaces out of our control can cause sometimes delays.

YES! Our company provides door to door transfer; it means that we take you to your hotel or any address from the airport and we take you from your hotel or any address to the airport.


6. Can you pick me up at Charleroi Airport and take me to a train station or to Brussels International Airport?

YES! Our low cost door to door minibus service provides connection to all train stations in Brussels and also to Brussels International Airport. We can guarantee you a safe and hassle free connection to catch your train or flight. We can also pick you up at any train station or at Brussels International Airport and transfer you to Charleroi Airport.


7. Do you also provide airport transfer between Brussels City and Brussels International Airport (Zaventem)?

8. Can I book a transfer to another city in Belgium?

9. Should I contact you to find out if you are available?

No. We are always available all over Belgium.
The low cost door to door minibus service between Brussels and Charleroi Airport is non-stop, you can book your ticket at any time through our online reservation and ticketing system.


10. When should I book?

Please book your transfer until 3PM (15:00 local time) the day before your travel. It means that if you need a transfer on Wednesday, you should book it until 3PM (15:00 local time) on Tuesday.


11. When do you pick me up in Brussels?

12. When do you leave the airport to Brussels?

The minibus leaves the airport after all the passengers, who booked a transfer through our online reservation and ticketing system, met our driver at the meeting point (Airport Information Desk (also called the Friendly Desk)). Please note that if you booked a low cost door to door minibus service, you may have to wait for other passengers.

If you booked a private transfer, the driver will wait for you at the meeting point (Airport Information Desk (also called the Friendly Desk)). (ALL transfers those are NOT between Charleroi Airport and Brussels, and ALL transfers those are between Charleroi Airport and Brussels but for a group of 9 or more person are considered as private transfers).

14. Where is the meeting point at Charleroi Airport?

Our drivers wait inside the airport at the Airport Information Desk (also called the Friendly Desk). Turn on the left as you step out the arrival door and you can find the Airport Information Desk (also called the Friendly Desk) just 20 metres from that point, situated between the bar and the bookstore.


15. Until when can I make or change a booking?

You can book through our online reservation and ticketing system until 3PM (15:00 local time) the day before your trip. After this time our system doesn't allow you to book. If so, please write us an e-mail or call us at +3228888460 and we will arrange you a transfer anyway.


16. Do you offer discounted rates for babies and children?

charleroitransfer.com charges the same rate for all occupied seats. charleroitransfer.com vehicles are not equipped with child seats or child restraints. Please inform us in advance if you need a child seat or baby seat.


17. How do I know that my booking is confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed automatically by our reservation and ticketing system. Right after you paid your ticket through through our secured system, you can print your e-ticket, that is the document for your transfer. We also send the e-ticket via e-mail (please indicate a valid e-mail address).


18. How long does the transfer take between Brussels City and Brussels South Charleroi Airport?

The transfer takes approximately 60 minutes with the low cost door to door minibus service. Road conditions in Brussels and on the highway have a great effect on transfer time and delays due to these conditons are out of our control.


19. Delay of flight

Even if your flight has a delay, and miss your scheduled low cost door to door minibus service, we will ensure you a seat on the next available transfer. Please note that we operate during the operation time of Charleroi Airport. For transfers failed due to cancelled and diverted flights we cannot give a refund. Cancelled and diverted flights are out of our control.

If you booked a private transfer to Brussels or any other destinations in Belgium or Germany, The Netherlands, France or Luxembourg, our driver will wait for you or your group, even if the flight has a delay.
